Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Therapist with Hammam Qualification to join our 5-Star spa in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide a wide range of professional spa treatments, specializing in authentic Hammam services, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional spa services, including Hammam rituals, body scrubs, massages, and other treatments, ensuring the highest standards of service. Provide personalized consultations to guests, recommending suitable treatments based on their needs and preferences. Maintain knowledge of spa products and treatments, promoting them effectively to enhance
guest experience
and drive sales. Prepare treatment areas and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitization in line with spa protocols and UAE health and safety regulations.
Build lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, anticipating their needs, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques to maintain expertise and ensure best practices. Work collaboratively with the team to create a serene and welcoming spa environment. Experience:
Certification in Massage Therapy, Spa Treatments, or a related field. Hammam qualification and experience are mandatory. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa or
wellness
center, preferably in the UAE or GCC. Excellent knowledge of various massage techniques, body treatments, and spa products. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills
, with the ability to connect with
diverse
clientele.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with a focus on
customer satisfaction
