As a Spa Therapist, you’ll work closely with our Spa Manager to deliver exceptional treatments to our esteemed in-house guests and VIP clientele. From indulgent massages and rejuvenating facials to flawless manicures, pedicures, and waxing services, you’ll cater to every aspect of our guests’ relaxation and beauty needs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a diverse range of treatments across all eight London properties, ensuring each guest receives the utmost care and attention.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our treatment packages and offerings, guiding guests towards personalised experiences.
- Cultivate strong, professional relationships with guests to foster loyalty and contribute to the growth of our client base.
