This role is an invitation to provide transformative wellness experiences. As a Spa Therapist, you will help guests achieve relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well‑being, ensuring every visit is personalized, memorable, and extraordinary.

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to and from treatment rooms, attending to their immediate needs throughout their visit.
  • Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout all treatments, providing a tailored and professional experience.
  • Maintain professional ethics while delivering personalized service, ensuring each guest feels cared for and understood.
  • Prepare treatment rooms according to guests specifications while adhering to property service standards.
  • Perform preparation work, clean, and restock treatment rooms as required.
  • Maintain the spa work area and ensure all spaces, including locker rooms, are immaculate at all times.
  • Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards in compliance with legal and Spa policies.
  • Report any occurrences involving staff or guests to management, including complaints or incidents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences.
  • Actively promote Spa treatments, services, sessions, retail products, programs, and any ongoing promotions.
  • Regularly participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and maintain knowledge of Spa offerings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist and/or esthetician, with proven expertise in delivering high‑quality treatments.
  • Experience in a luxury Spa or hotel Spa environment is highly preferred.
  • Personal excellence in communication, professionalism, and a genuine passion for the healing arts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a polished and approachable demeanor, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain impeccable hygiene, sanitation, and organization standards in all Spa areas.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays, in accordance with Spa operational needs.
