Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for treatments spa setup and productstorage.
Ensure training documents are updatedand therapists training progress istracked.
Manage spa product inventory andprepare ordering quantities based on businessneeds.
Update and maintain checklists foropening and closing procedures ensuring they arefollowed.
Support the achievement of spa salestargets by encouraging
upselling
and retail sales withguests.
Monitor individual and team performanceand review data with the Spa Manager to ensure targets aremet.
Understand daily
sales targets
and work tomeet or exceed revenue expectations.
Lead byexample with a
positive attitude
and professionalappearance.
Conduct training sessions for newhires and provide continuous
learning opportunities
for theteam.
Ensure that all therapists adhere to theservice standards quality protocols and brandrequirements.
Organize and participate inbrandspecific training sessions and other relevant trainingprograms.
Provide mentoring and support totherapists and address any performance or behavioral issues withguidance from management.
Provide guests withprofessional and tailored spa treatments ensuring all concerns areaddressed promptly.
Greet guests by name escortthem to appropriate areas and ensure their needs are met withrespect and
professionalism
.
Maintain positiverelationships with guests accommodating special requests andensuring VIP preferences are met.
Ensureconfidentiality and
professionalism
in all guestinteractions.
Maintain spa equipment and ensureit is in good working condition reporting any issues toengineering.
Ensure treatment rooms are keptclean and organized scheduling deep cleans asneeded.
Enforce
safety protocols
and takeimmediate action in emergency situations to ensure guest and staffsafety.
Foster clear positive communicationwithin the team and with management.
Ensurestaff are informed about daily tasks guest preferences andupdates.
Attend
leadership
and departmentalmeetings to ensure alignment on goals andperformance.
Ensure all health and safetyguidelines are followed including fire and emergencyprocedures.
Report hazards and incidentspromptly ensuring a safe environment for both staff andguests.
Adhere to spa uniform and groomingstandards setting a strong example for theteam.
Stay updated on the latest industrytrends treatments and flexiblewith working hours based on spa and businessdemands.
Assist in other spa duties as requiredensuring smooth daytodayoperations.
Qualifications:
Provenexperience as a spa therapist with at least 23 years of experiencein a
leadership
or supervisory role.
Strongleadership
communication
and organizationalskills.
Excellent guest service skills and apassion for
wellness
.
Ability to manage teamperformance and contribute to achieving sales and servicetargets.
Indepth knowledge of spa treatmentsequipment and health & safetystandards.
