Leads in developing and running the annual training strategies, plans and budgets;
Ideate, develop, and execute training programs to equip fieldforce with knowledge to aid them in assisting customers;
Measures, analyzes and reports training results aimed at ensuring that they lead to desired business results and performance;
Collaborates and synergizes to maximize opportunities and support;
Deliver projects on time and on budget;
Handles other ad hoc retail related projects that may be assigned.
Requirements：
University graduate;
At least 5 years of related work experience preferred;
Highly creative and innovative with a sound knowledge of learning and development;
With a strong understanding of the retail industry;
Excellent attention to detail;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Strong project management skills and sensitivity toward deadlines;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
Based in Madrid.
