  • Develop strategies to increase retention, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value

Seasonal Marketing & Sales Strategy

  • Collaborate with the Design & Brand Team to plan, execute, optimize, and launch seasonal marketing frameworks from pre-launch through end-of-season sale
  • Align marketing initiatives with product drops, inventory flow, and revenue goals
  • Identify hero products with the Design & Brand Team and ensure they are supported with focused marketing efforts
  • Track performance metrics, generate insights, and report results to inform team strategy and growth decisions.

  • Participate in creative marketing strategizing, messaging alignment, and performance tracking
  • Ensure campaigns reflect predefined brand positioning while driving measurable revenue

Retail Marketing

  • Partner with retail management to align marketing initiatives with in-store sales goals and seasonal targets
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive foot traffic and in-store conversion across key retail periods
  • Plan and support in-store activations including launches, events, and promotional moments that generate community engagement and brand visibility

Influencer & Seeding Strategy

  • Develop and manage influencer partnerships aligned with brand identity
  • Execute product seeding strategies to drive awareness and conversion
  • Track performance and optimize relationships based on results

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the design & brand team to understand product details, storytelling, and creative direction
  • Ensure all marketing communications are aligned with brand voice and visual identity
  • Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external marketing partners
  • Take initiative to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and act independently in a fast-paced environment

Budget Management

  • Own and manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation across channels to support business and revenue goals
  • Plan, forecast, and track marketing spend on a monthly and seasonal basis, maintaining strong financial discipline
  • Partner with leadership to align budget decisions with sales targets, inventory priorities, and key product launches
  • Establish clear performance benchmarks and reporting frameworks to evaluate spend effectiveness and inform future investment decisions
  • Allocate budgets across performance and brand initiatives, balancing short-term ROI with long-term brand growth

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with CRM and email platforms (Klaviyo or Brevo preferred)
  • Proven track record managing paid media strategy (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Experience with influencer marketing and seeding strategies
  • Deep understanding of seasonal fashion calendars and product lifecycle
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
