The Sr. Designer will obsess golf, and bringing design and function to life. This is an opportunity to be part of a great success story.

Your Impact

Design and manage multiple product platforms that answers product and merchandising brief, price point and margin target.

Work within an integrated team of design, development, and product line management; act as key point of contact at pod meetings, lab dip approvals and fittings.

Make key decisions related to product and procedure

Own creation and presentation of category content (merch pages, decks, mood boards, trim and fabric boards)

Develop and execute clear and detailed sketches, technical packages and BOMs

Lead creation and milestone deliverables

Partner directly with product and merch leads to deliver appropriate assortment.

Present as design lead at milestone meetings; design check points, style design review, color review

Qualifications

Passion every day to design compelling and cutting-edge product.

Solid understanding of construction and materials; preferably well-versed in manufacturing techniques.

Ability to express concepts and ideas through sketching.

Strong presentation skills and comfortable working with a group.

Must be detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks and successfully meet multiple deadlines

Bachelor’s degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Workplace Location

Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, Maryland office.

Return to Work Designation: Three (3) days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Travel: Minimal domestic travel

Base Compensation

$90,895.00 – $124,980.90 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
