At Bene Kleed, we're building a fast-growing fashion brand driven by trend-first products, operational excellence, and community-led growth. We're looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive who can ensure smooth backend execution across marketplaces and our D2C website.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Operations & Order Management
Manage end-to-end order processing across all sales channels.
Ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch coordination.
Monitor cancellations, returns, and operational issues.
Maintain dispatch tracking and order status accuracy.
2. MIS & Reporting
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Track key business metrics including sales, inventory, fulfillment, and operational performance.
Create dashboards and highlight business-critical insights.
Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions.
3. Catalog & Marketplace Management
Create and update product listings across marketplaces and website.
Ensure product information, pricing, images, and inventory are accurate.
Conduct regular catalog audits to maintain listing quality.
Launch new products within defined timelines.
4. Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels across all channels.
Ensure inventory synchronization between systems and marketplaces.
Track inventory ageing and identify slow-moving stock.
Minimize inventory discrepancies and stock-outs.
5. Marketplace Operations & Compliance
Ensure marketplace SLA adherence.
Handle marketplace tickets, claims, and operational escalations.
Monitor account health and prevent penalties.
Coordinate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution.
6. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with warehouse, customer support, marketing, and finance teams.
Resolve operational issues within defined timelines.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Management, or D2C Operations.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Preferred Skills
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting).
Marketplace seller panel management.
Inventory planning and operational reporting.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and process orientation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
