Position Summary
We’re seeking a full-time HR Business Partner to provide full cycle Human Resources support to our Mexico Supply Chain Team. The role is critical in talent acquisition, executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
Job Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a strong relationship with business leaders to identify people-related problems or potential and provide professional support in the design and execution of HR related strategy.
Work on employee relations issues that are sensitive and typically can only be successfully completed with limited time, such as conducting workplace investigations and advising on challenging employee situations.
Work to solve complex problems from critical organizational and people issues to culture and change management.
Support business leaders to improve their people management skills, ensure the smooth communication and feedback between leaders and their teams.
Work together closely with COE teams and HR shared service center team in implementing the HR policies, systems, regulations, and key HR projects, to ensure the ultimate goal, the long-term success of the business.
Work on yearly employee engagement plan and improve the overall retention.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources related area.
Minimum 5 years of HRBP experiences with in-depth knowledge in Mexico employment law, regulations and practices, payroll and HR projects
Proven capability in stakeholder management, experienced in understanding business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
Ability to work in a complex and agile work environment.
Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
Success in creating and driving effective and positive employee relations, retention and reward programs.
Demonstrated project management and change management experience and ability to drive programs independently.
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously – orientated on results.
Excellent communications in English (verbal and written).
