- Lead and drive market retail operations standards in line with Global Retail CoE guidelines.
- Strengthen trading excellence, service culture, and operational efficiency across countries.
- Coach and develop Store Operations and District Managers to build strong multi‑store leadership.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent brand and store execution.
- Use retail KPIs and market insights to identify opportunities and improve profitability.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Strong background in retail operations with a clear execution mindset.
- Proven leadership experience influencing and developing managers across markets.
- Solid analytical skills with hands‑on experience using retail KPIs.
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally in a regional or global environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in retail or retail operations.
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
