Full Job Description
Cashier/ Store Associate
Duties:
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Provide product information and recommendations to customers
– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
– Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
– Assist with inventory management and replenishment
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus)
– Knowledge of technical sales, electronics sales, or jewelry sales is desirable
