Job Responsability
- 负责店铺仓库物品的安全存放、分类及货品维护
- 到货商品需在第一时间拆封，需要确保在最短的时间内移交给相关负责人员，原则上不能超过3天.如果有特殊原因，可以向上级部门申请特殊处理
- 按照公司规定做好物品进出库的验收，记账和发放工作， 定期清点物品，做到帐物相符
- 定期检查库存商品BARCODE，并确保所有库存商品标签与商品相符
- 随时掌握库存状态，保证货品及物料的及时供应，保证店铺的货品流通
- 定期对库房进行清理，保持库房的整齐美观，使物品分类排放，存放整理，数量准确
- 做好帐物管理，确保任何事物的转移都有据可依
- 做好仓库内的安全管理工作，包括防盗， 防火措施
- 需邮寄的产品，需要严格按照公司的包装标准进行邮寄
- 对于在接受货品时发现的问题，需要在第一时间用照相机或者摄像来记录发生的问题，以便日后做出相应的处理
- 每月按时完成店铺购物袋的预定，确保每日开店前店内所有购物袋、包装纸摆放充足；同时协助陈列做好道具管理
- 协助团队做好每月盘点
- 保持良好的仪容仪表
- 完成领导交办的其他工作任务
Requirements
- 大学专科或以上学历， 2年以上相关仓库管理工作经验
- 有一定的英文阅读和书写能力
- 有一定的电脑操作能力
- 熟悉文档整理，归类，帐务记录，管理，存档
- 良好的逻辑思维能力和沟通能力
- 良好的团队协作力
- 有一定的数据分析能力
- 细心、认真务实，积极乐观
