The Stock & Pricing specialist is a key partner for business decision providing relevant and accurate analytical information along with the Stock Manager to the CFO to support decisions and orientations of the Company.
The role will sit under theFinance & Legal departmentbased in Madrid HQ and reporting to the Head of Stock & Pricing.
Your role will be:
Budget, monitor and optimize the stock, partnering with other departments, such as Merchandising & Supply Chain through the OTB process and stock forecasts.
Review the Stock forecast prepared in all Markets.
Prepares all consolidated info related to Price, stock and OTB’s, ensuring these parameters are aligned with the company strategy, analyzing the profitability vs. risk of the decisions proposed
Control and monitor the inventory worldwide in order to achieve the company KPIs and push for reallocations if relevant.
Price Controlling: inform markets; monitor/control in the system the pricing of the company in coordination with Product Department and IT.
Purchase, monitor and follow up control: define and monitor purchase budgets by Strategic Group and market, in cooperation with Merchandising.
What is important for the role:
3+ years of previous experience in controlling/ FP&A positions
Entrepreneur with strategic business vision and outstanding analytical, organizational and motivational skills
Looking to leverage their experience and creativity in an International environment
Advanced level of English is a must. Spanish and French are desirable.
Advanced Excel (Pivot, Graphs, …) and Power Point
