Loewe is seeking a Stock Associate to join our team at the new store opening in Copley Square Boston, MA!

This position is responsible for directing the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store and for ensuring that all shipping/receiving policies, procedures, and directives are implemented.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion

Support sales staff when merchandise is needed that is in stock but not on the sales floor

Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and providing proactive solutions to space and storage issues

Maintain packaging levels and order replenishments in anticipation of the business needs

Ensure that all merchandise is ticketed

Effectively participate in the timely preparation and completion of all inventories and cycle counts

Maintain an active role in the inventory reconciliation process

Manage and process all inter-store transfers, stock rotations and incoming/outgoing shipments as per policies and procedures

Understand and accurately complete all paperwork and procedures relative to inventory maintenance (i.e., damages, RTVs, etc.)

Partner with Management for replenishment on sold out styles

Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image

Support visual, merchandising and operations needs with the moving and storage of fixtures, furniture, merchandise, props, etc.

Support the operation and maintenance of the store regarding facility and fixture maintenance, coordinating cleaning and repair when required

Actively participate in visual merchandising including regular maintenance due to sell through

Assist other departments including the selling floor as needed and as requested by Store Management

Exemplify the core values of the brand when assisting customers

Ensure the highest standards while packaging client merchandise

Lead all aspects of the client delivery process inclusive of troubleshooting missing deliveries

Document all deliveries to clients, track and locate merchandise when necessary

Consistently follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other issues related to clients

Qualifications & Skills:

Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word and Excel)

Previous experience in a similar role

Exposure to luxury retail preferred

Excellent numeracy and IT skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills

Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
