Mode Search is partnered with a prestigious ladieswear brand in their search for a Store Director for Bond Street. This role reports to the CMO and will lead a team of 4.
This is the perfect opportunity for candidates with a high-end client book and management experience to step into a flagship management role and be instrumental to the expansion of the brand. through CRM, events and elevated store experience.
The role:
Coach team towards high service standards to create personalised client experience
Drive traffic through partnerships and events
Demonstrate outstanding leadership, leading by example on clienteling
Recruit and develop the team to foster a positive work environment
Build and retain a local and international high-end clientele
Manage store VM : maintain displays and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
Oversee store operations : rota, staff management, banking, stock, aftersales, and general admin
Take an active part in driving the brand strategy at store level.
Role Requirements:
Experience in Ladies Ready to Wear in a luxury brand
Minimum 3 years as a manager in a luxury concession or flagship
Active luxury ladieswear client book
