YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As the face of our maison, Store Director will be responsible for creating a world-class customer experience, fostering a positive and motivated team culture, and achieving financial targets for the store. This role will involve developing and implementing store strategies, ensuring exceptional merchandising and visual standards, and maintaining strong relationships with VVIC/VIC clients and stakeholders. The Store Director will also work closely with the HQ to stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge, and to drive overall brand growth.

YOUR IMPACT

Business and client developer

Monitor the store performance and always remain aware of market trends

Take responsibility of the P&L: drive sales growth and profitability for the flagship store

Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve financial targets.

Identify areas of improvement and work hand in hand with managers to implement action plans to achieve the commercial goals.

Establish a client-centric mindset to offer clients the best experience in store and achieve the CRM objectives.

Translate the store’s objectives into concrete daily targets and tasks, inspire the team to reach the targets.

Brand ambassador and promoter

Be the ambassador of the brand and endorse the culture and values to promote CELINE

Ensure the best level of client experience

Strongly engage with VVIC/VIC to accelerate sales and exceed client expectations.

Handle delicate customer situations if needed

Process owner

Ensure that all the processes are compliant with the legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.

Being responsible of the Stock

Being responsible of the Store planning

Guarantee the proper execution of all tasks related to the digitalization of the store

Talent hunter, manager & skills developer

Detect new talents in your daily environment and recruit them

Manage the team to drive the business: create a positive work environment, develop the team spirit

Regularly coach the team to ensure they develop the key skills expected at their position

Experience:

Flagship store experience preferred with insight of Cheongdam VIC

Competencies:

Strong business sense and ability to drive results

Product and fashion sensitivity

Proven ability to manage large teams, strong leadership

High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty

Strong communication skills – Organizational skills, sense of priorities and agility

Talent for coaching and developing a team

Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity and curiosity

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
