We are looking for Store In‑Charge oversees all store operations, including shipping, receiving, stocking, inventory control, documentation, and team supervision. The role ensures accurate records, timely material delivery, proper storage practices, and a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise the store team; ensure adherence to company policies.
- Manage daily store operations: receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, real-time system posting, cycle counts, and stock accuracy.
- Document all warehouse transactions, deliveries, and material movements.
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials to projects and production.
- Organize store layout and ensure proper storage of high-value materials.
- Monitor consumable stock levels and tool issuance/returns.
- Verify supplies received against requisitions and invoices; report discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.
- Prepare operational reports and support management with required documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in storekeeping, warehouse supervision, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and documentation processes.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
