Full Time Store Manager
We are seeking a Store Manager with great energy and enthusiasm to lead a team for our international group’s first US/American/NY store. This is a great opportunity to become the brand’s ambassador of our unique concept. Responsibilities include:
Daily operations and on-going operational excellence
Ensuring unsurpassed customer service is delivered at all time
Flawless in-store execution of the Company initiatives and policies
Communicate company set KPI’s and identify strategies to ensure performance standards are met
Directly responsible for the recruitment and development of the team and playing an active role in their growth within the store
Effectively coach and ensure all store staff complies with companies standards of practice
Lead by example by maintaining the highest level of integrity at all times
Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and ensure store windows and displays look stylish, attractive and inviting
Skills & Requirements:
All candidates must be confident with managing & motivating a team, show a strong level of customer service, be driven towards targets, self-motivated and able to work to high standards while managing time efficiently.
Store Management experience is a minimum requirement and proven experience in a high-end customer service is essential, both ideally within a company of international stature.
This role is ideal for any individual interested and motivated in working within a high end, fast paced, designer and fashion-based company.
