Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Lindt & Sprüngli (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd, located in Cape Town. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service, and maintaining inventory and store appearance. Additional responsibilities include implementing retail loss prevention strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Strong Communication skills
Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
Leadership and team management abilities
Ability in sales analysis and achieving sales targets
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Relevant retail management experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
