We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Store Manager to lead our store operations in Yelahanka, Bengaluru.
✨ Position Details:
📍 Location: Yelahanka, Bengaluru
🛍 Industry: Kidswear / Apparel Retail
💼 Experience: Minimum 3 years as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in Apparel Retail
💰 Salary: Up to ₹45,000 in-hand per month + PF
🔹 What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Managing end-to-end store operations
• Driving store sales and achieving business targets
• Leading and motivating store teams
• Delivering outstanding customer experience
• Monitoring retail KPIs such as ATV, UPT, Conversion & Footfall
• Ensuring excellent visual merchandising and brand standards
• Managing inventory, stock control, and operational efficiency
