Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Miami, FL. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of store presentation. Responsibilities include leading the retail team, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and fostering a positive shopping experience. The Store Manager will also collaborate to organize and manage exclusive events and experiences to engage with clients and enhance brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication to ensure a superior in-store experience.
- Expertise in Store Management with the ability to oversee operations, manage staff, and drive sales targets.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to maintain inventory integrity and minimize shrinkage.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills with a focus on team motivation and operational efficiency.
- Experience in luxury retail or fine wines and spirits is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, for events and high-traffic periods.
