We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our SoHo flagship and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. This role will be responsible for driving overall store performance, developing the team, and ensuring a thoughtful and elevated client experience.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience within luxury retail, a collaborative and hands-on approach, and a genuine passion for client experience, styling, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall performance and daily operations of the New York store, ensuring a consistently elevated, brand-aligned customer experience
- Serve as a visible, on-floor leader who embodies the Monday Swimwear brand values and sets the standard for culture, service, and execution
- Build, develop, and retain high-performing store teams through thoughtful hiring, coaching, and leadership development
- Drive sales performance through hands-on floor leadership, elevated clienteling, CRM utilization, and relationship-driven selling
- Analyze KPIs and store performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating insights into clear action plans
- Oversee inventory strategy and execution, including stock accuracy, transfers, loss prevention, and inventory flow optimization
- Ensure consistent execution of operational systems, processes, and company policies
- Partner weekly with the Director of Operations to review performance, staffing, inventory, and priorities
- Support the continued growth of Monday Swimwear’s retail footprint, including assisting with future store openings and initiatives
- Travel as needed to support training, launches, and key retail initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of retail management experience, with multi-store oversight preferred
- Proven success leading teams in a premium or luxury retail environment
- Strong operational knowledge, including POS systems (Shopify preferred), inventory management, and KPI reporting
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering elevated, personalized experiences
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage brand
