Job DescriptionAs a Store Manager you are responsible for achieving the Sales and Profit goals in your Store by creating a plan to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with the Area. You ensure you have a Great Team and support its development. You work with succession planning, talent and leadership development and structured performance management, based on results, values and leadership. You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

Regularly analyse and follow up your Store’s Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximise results.

Together with your Store team, you drive Hello Member program in line with country goals.

Ensure your Store’s execution continuously meets H&M standards and follow up using the Customer Audit Tool.

Manage the recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for your Store.

You evaluate and manage the performance of your Store Team, including having performance development reviews, putting development plans in place, giving feedback, and following up and taking actions to improve performance and develop your team.

Secure Store Operations Best Practices in your Store, according to the Area plan

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business.

Commercial mindset with the ability to analyze figures and formulate plans to maximize sales.

The ability to delegate, follow up and provide straightforward feedback with the goal of coaching and developing your team.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with all team members.

Previous leadership experience in a similar role with proven results in driving commercial KPIs and team development.

Additional Information

This is a full-time role working a 7-day rotating roster including some late nights and weekends. Due to data policies, we only accept applications through career page.

Salary banding – $74,400 to $79,000
