Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Canada. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure a seamless retail experience, and uphold exceptional standards in customer service. Responsibilities include managing store staff, maintaining government compliance, implementing retail best practices, and ensuring the security of the location. The Store Manager will also play a key role in building a strong team culture while achieving sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication abilities, with a focus on team leadership and collaboration
- Experience in Store Management and retail operations
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention and inventory management practices
- Ability to lead and develop a team in a high-energy retail environment
- Familiarity with cannabis product categories and related regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in using retail management tools or systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or certifications in business or retail management are an asset
