3-5 years of experience in retail,
Having embraced retail as a lifestyle,
Strong communication skills,
Follows fashion trends closely,
Preferably fluent in English,
Able to maintain a customer-focused service approach in a busy work environment,
Pays attention to appearance and personal grooming,
High energy and self-confidence,
Able to manage a team,
Sales-oriented,
Strong leadership and operational skills,
Proficient in Nebim V3 program.
JOB DESCRIPTION
To achieve the store's sales targets and increase store efficiency,
To achieve store sales and profitability targets and control expenses, to monitor sales figures, to take sales improvement actions, to track selling and non-selling products and to request products from relevant categories,
To manage the team's work schedule and shift programs in line with store performance and efficiency principles,
To ensure effective control of store inventory and prepare necessary reports,
To manage all store operations and official document processes systematically and effectively in accordance with company procedures,
To develop and train the team,
To achieve given sales targets.
