Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Moradabad. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, work scheduling, visual merchandising, and inventory control to ensure smooth functioning. The role involves delivering a premium customer experience, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, managing billing processes, and ensuring store hygiene and presentation standards. The Store Manager will monitor sales performance, implement promotional activities, and work with leadership to meet revenue and profitability targets. This position also includes responsibility for compliance with company policies, cash handling accuracy, and safeguarding assets.
Qualifications
- Strong Store Management skills, including team supervision, inventory oversight, and daily operations control.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and handling escalations professionally.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including cash handling discipline and shrinkage control.
- Previous experience in retail store management, preferably in jewellery, luxury, or high-value products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak festive seasons, as per business needs.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and people management capabilities.
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
