About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our ELLE Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) in Saket, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing apparel EBOs, driving sales, leading teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Manage overall store operations, ensuring adherence to company SOPs.
Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve individual and store KPIs.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build customer loyalty.
Monitor key retail metrics including Sales, Conversion, UPT, ATV, ABV, and Productivity.
Ensure effective inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
Oversee cash handling, billing, audits, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with merchandising, warehouse, and regional teams for seamless operations.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Candidate Profile
4–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in Apparel Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) is mandatory.
Experience in premium or mid-premium apparel retail brands.
Strong sales orientation with a consistent record of meeting business targets.
Excellent leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
Good understanding of retail KPIs and store profitability.
Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Background
Candidates currently working with apparel Exclusive Brand Outlets of leading fashion brands will be preferred.
Compensation
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA (based on experience, interview performance, and current compensation)

ICONIC ELLE Exclusive Brand Outlet, Saket, New Delhi
Note: Only candidates with relevant Store Manager experience in Apparel Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) will be considered. Experience in large-format retail, department stores, or multi-brand outlets without EBO management experience will not be considered.
