Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Managers located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store management, including retail loss prevention.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Store Management
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Previous experience in the beauty or luxury retail industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred
