JOB DESCRIPTION
Manages the day-to-day operations of a retail store, directs and oversees all store functions.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Increase sales and maximize profitability of the store
Achieve high Average Transaction Value of the store
Inventory Integrity, managing stock losses and conducting stock count
Responsible for Staff Development & training in the store
Ensure all the Store Operation are compliance according to Valiram Group SOP
Deliver cash collection accuracy and timelines
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive the Sales and maximize Profitability
Manage and deliver store’s/outlet’s sales performance.
Facilitate implementation of product/ sales strategies.
Communicate information on sales goals and targets to the team on continuous basis.
Keep the team updated daily on Conversion Rate and Average Transaction Value with the team on regular basis. * Monthly Plan forecast.

Delivery Operations Excellence
Execute and maintain compliance of Store SOP at all times.
This includes Store Opening & Closing/ Cost Control/ Roster & Manpower Planning/ Visual Merchandising/ POS/ Inventory.
Cash collection accuracy and timeliness.
Set up and maintain visual merchandising displays for promotional and seasonal activities. e.g. EOS, SASS.
Engage in Innovation and Productivity Initiatives
Generate potential ideas that may contribute to productivity improvements
Execute and motivate team to contribute to productivity improvement.

REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5-7 years of total retail experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
Diploma/bachelor’s degree (desirable) in related field or equivalent experience.
Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of leadership.
Proven organisational skills – able to manage multiple demands with competing priorities and allocate time effectively.
Ability to analyse situations and resolve issues with innovation and creativity.
Ability to challenge and influence operational processes.
