The Store Manager is responsible for the overall success of the store by delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales and profitability goals, developing a high-performing team, maintaining operational excellence, and protecting the company’s reputation.

The Store Manager is expected to think and act like an owner by taking full responsibility for the store’s performance, people, customers, inventory, and daily operations.

Success is measured not only by sales results but also by leadership, accountability, customer satisfaction, operational execution, and continuous improvement.

Plus, earn 3% commission on each eligible sale you complete. Commission is paid based on completed sales and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Proven management experience within the retail industry with a focus on sales team leadership and operational oversight.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory management.
  • Extensive experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, merchandising, pricing strategies, and retail math.
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams within retail sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently using time management skills while overseeing store operations seamlessly.
  • Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store experience is advantageous but not required; a background in retail management is essential.
  • Organizational skills combined with operational management expertise in budgeting, marketing initiatives, stock control, and administrative tasks.
