We are seeking a Boutique Manager to lead a luxury homeware, fragrance, and lifestyle brand in Soho, New York. This is an exciting opportunity to bring the brand to life in-store, inspiring both clients and team members while creating a welcoming and elevated shopping experience.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, community building, and driving commercial success — fostering strong client relationships, energizing the team, and growing the brand’s presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of a high-performing luxury boutique
- Deliver exceptional client experience and service standards
- Coach, inspire and develop a diverse team
- Build meaningful client relationships and support clienteling strategies
- Ensure operational excellence across all store functions
- Manage day-to-day store operations and activities
Profile Requirements:
- Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within luxury retail
- Strong background in coaching and managing a team
- Strong leadership skills with a people-first approach
- Proven ability to drive client engagement and commercial results
- Hands on, dynamic and confident in a fast paced luxury environment
- Excellent communication, presence and emotional intelligence
