Role Description As a Store Manager at Casa Pro, you will oversee daily store operations and ensure an excellent in-store experience for all customers. This full-time, on-site role is based in San Jose, CA and involves supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and supporting team development to maintain high service standards. You will manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation, ensuring products are well-displayed and available to meet customer demand. The role includes monitoring sales performance, implementing promotional activities, and maintaining accurate records and reports. You will also be responsible for enforcing loss prevention practices, handling escalated customer issues, and collaborating with leadership to improve store efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong store management skills, including team supervision, scheduling, and day-to-day retail operations.
- Proven customer service and customer satisfaction abilities, with a focus on creating a welcoming and solution-oriented environment.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and leadership, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with retail loss prevention practices and maintaining a safe, secure store environment.
- Prior retail or home improvement/home furnishings experience is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in San Jose, CA, including weekends or evenings as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with basic POS and inventory systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, retail management, or related fields is a plus.
