Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include maintaining efficient store management, supervising the team, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and managing inventory. The role requires promoting a customer-centric environment and achieving sales targets while adhering to company policies and practices.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Proven skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining a collaborative work environment
- Effective organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in retail management and knowledge of the textile industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is an advantage
