Role Objective
The Store Manager will be responsible for managing overall store operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, supervising billing processes, and maintaining smooth and accurate store functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
- Supervise billing and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and minimize discrepancies
- Maintain proper stock records, audits, and reporting
- Monitor inward and outward stock movement
- Ensure timely stock replenishment and coordination with procurement
- Lead and supervise store staff (if applicable)
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational standards
- Maintain MIS reports and data management
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of inventory and store management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/software systems
- Good leadership and team handling skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented
- 3–5 years of experience in store/inventory management
Salary
💰 ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Working Days & Timings
- 6 days working (including Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
- 1 weekly off between Monday to Thursday
- Timing: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM
