Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, based in Spanish Fork, UT. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a team to meet business goals. Responsibilities include staff management, scheduling, inventory control, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and implementing policies and procedures. The role also involves analyzing business metrics, ensuring quality standards for grooming services, and fostering a positive culture focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Experience with sales, customer service and building client relationships
- Knowledge in working with dogs
- Ability to analyze KPIs and implement procedural improvements
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Passion for animal well-being and familiarity with pet care best practices (preferred)
- Prior management or supervisory experience, particularly in retail or service-oriented industries
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends
