Store Manager for New Skandinavisk Store – Gammel Mønt (Copenhagen)

About the role
We are looking for an engaged Store Manager for our new Skandinavisk store on Gammel Mønt. As Store Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations, team, sales performance, and customer experience – from opening through to long-term success.
Key responsibilities
- Day-to-day management and operation of the store
- Training and development of team members
- Ensuring an inspiring and consistent customer experience aligned with the Skandinavisk universe
- Driving sales and achieving budget targets
- Visual merchandising and store presentation
- Stock management and ordering
- Reporting and follow-up on key performance metrics
We imagine that you:
- Have experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail , but not required
- Are a leader who motivates and develops your team
- Have strong commercial awareness and work in a structured way with sales targets
- Are passionate about customer service and aesthetics
- Are independent, responsible, and proactive
- Speak both Danish and English
