For a prestigious new opening in Gstaad, we are currently looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the launch of a luxury retail project with a strong focus on client experience, product culture and team leadership.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who naturally combines operational excellence with an elevated and authentic approach to luxury hospitality.
𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
— Previous experience as Store Manager within luxury fashion or high-end retail
— Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills
— Ability to lead, inspire and develop a team
— Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
— Sensitivity towards craftsmanship, quality and product storytelling
— Fluent English required | additional languages are a plus
