Role Description
1. Store Opening Preparation & Operation System Establishment
Overall pre-opening preparation of the store, including license application, recruitment and training, materials procurement, and system setup. Formulate daily operational procedures and management rules to ensure standardized workflow.
2. Customer Experience & Reputation Management
Continuously optimize service details based on customer traffic routes and service touchpoints to enhance in-store experience. Properly handle customer complaints and after-sales issues, and maintain Tagi’s brand reputation.
3. Team Management & Culture Building
Manage and train store staff on scheduling, attendance, appearance, workflow and service standards. Foster a positive, warm and collaborative team atmosphere and convey brand values.
4. Merchandise & Inventory Management
Supervise merchandise ordering, replenishment and warehouse acceptance to ensure sufficient and well-structured inventory. Coordinate seasonal return, exchange and stock allocation, strictly control merchandise loss, and optimize inventory turnover.
5. Display & Visual Presentation
Fully understand Tagi’s product line, plan and implement in-store merchandise display plans. Maintain a neat store environment and orderly displays to ensure consistent brand image.
6. Sales Target & Campaign Execution
Break down and implement store sales plans, lead the team to achieve sales targets. Plan and execute in-store promotions and community marketing activities to boost customer flow and repeat purchase rate.
Qualifications
- College degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years of retail industry experience, including at least 3 years of comprehensive physical store management experience.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills, with a friendly, proactive and cheerful personality.
- Highly recognize Tagi’s brand style and philosophy, with an approachable and warm personal image.
- Fluent in Chinese and Thai, able to communicate and coordinate daily work proficiently (for communication with Thai customers or headquarters).
