We are currently looking for a Store Manager for TOD’S GROUP Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- In charge for retail sales management and monitor store KPIs;
- Take full responsibility of store people management, including talent acquisition, manpower arrangements, training, coaching, performance appraisal;
- Ensure qualitative image of the store, including visual Merchandising, environment, furniture etc.;
- Fully compliance of all the law, regulations, rules and SOP;
- Ensure all CRM KPIs meet company standards, as well as driving appointment bookings and managing in-store VIP events;
- Uphold excellent quality, in conjunction with extraordinary customer service delivery, including but not limited to customer’s complaint;
- Contribute to marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and enrich database;
- Analyse market trends, and execute plans to achieve sales goals and improve store operations;
- Inspire and motivate team members to work as a team;
- Prepare analysis reports and provide key findings with suggestions to management.
Requirements
- Tertiary education or above;
- A minimum of 7 years' retail experience with at least 2 years' management experience, preferably in luxury industry;
- Strong business acumen, logical mind-set with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- People-oriented supervisory skill, good at customer services and sales-oriented;
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
