Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Store Manager to oversee all aspects of our NYC store operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, particularly within the beauty industry, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staffing.
Lead and motivate a team of beauty consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
Develop and implement strategies to drive store profitability and growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.

Qualifications:
