For a high end Gifting and Decor Shop Store Manager, we are looking for a blend of retail management skills, customer service experience, and a good eye for design, decor. Here’s a detailed list of job requirements:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or Interior Design is a plus.

Certification in Retail Management or a related field may be beneficial.

Area: Hyde Park , Sandton

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years in retail management, ideally in gifting, home decor, or lifestyle products.

Previous experience in leading a team, training staff, and managing store operations.

Strong background in sales, merchandising, and customer service.

Skills:

Leadership: Ability to motivate and manage a team of employees, set goals, and monitor performance.

Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills to handle customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively.
