Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nail salon to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Manage and support the team, including nail technicians and front desk staff.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Handle scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering.
Implement and monitor salon policies and procedures.
Track sales, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth.
Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health & safety regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Store Manager, Salon Manager, or similar role.
