Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager based in Limassol Municipality. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The role also involves handling customer service issues, fostering a positive store environment, and ensuring the store meets its financial goals.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication skills
Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
Leadership and team management capabilities
Ability to work independently and problem-solve
Experience in the retail industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
