- Manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and service standards.

- Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and other key performance metrics to improve store performance.

🎯 Qualifications
- High school diploma or above; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of Store Manager experience in restaurant, tea beverage, coffee, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve operational challenges independently.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
