Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Waco, TX. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing customer satisfaction, ensuring effective communication, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and managing store staff. The Store Manager will create a welcoming shopping environment and provide exceptional service to customers.

Store Management experience
Retail Loss Prevention knowledge
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience in the retail industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus
Visual Merchandising experience with apparel is preferred
