We cater to discerning clientele, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience in custom-made clothing. As we scale, we are seeking a Store Manager to oversee client orders, streamline operations, and ensure flawless customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Order Management: Oversee client orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy in styles, sizes, and customer preferences.
✅ Customer Experience: Provide high-end customer service, manage VIP clients, and handle order-related queries.
✅ Inventory & Stock Control: Maintain fabric, accessories, and garment inventory to prevent shortages or delays.
✅ Sales & Upselling: Assist clients in selecting garments, recommend customizations, and enhance sales through personalized consultations.
✅ Coordination & Communication: Act as a liaison between the tailoring/production team and the sales/admin team to ensure smooth order processing.
✅ CRM & Order Tracking: Utilize ERP/CRM software for order tracking, status updates, and workflow efficiency.
✅ Team Supervision: Manage and coordinate staff to ensure operations run smoothly.
✅ Problem-Solving: Handle any order-related issues, production bottlenecks, or customer concerns efficiently.
Requirements:
Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or bespoke tailoring is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
Hands-on experience with order management systems, ERP/CRM tools, or inventory tracking software is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and handle high-end clientele with professionalism.
Attention to detail to ensure every garment meets premium standards before delivery.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday (11 AM – 9 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break)
