Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamicStore Managerto lead our new store in Zurich. As a Luca FaloniStore Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing day-to-day operations, fostering a customer-centric environment, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring a visually appealing and inviting store environment.
Recruit, train, and lead a team of passionate sales associates, instilling acustomer-firstmentality and a commitment to Luca Faloni’s brand values.
Drive sales through effective merchandising, exceptional customer service, and strategic sales initiatives.
Create a memorable and personalised shopping experience for customers, ensuring that the Luca Faloni brand is represented at the highest standard.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Store Manager in the retail industry, preferably in luxury fashion.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of fashion trends and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
Requirements
Fluent in English and proficiency in German.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
