Golden Goose is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Store Manager! The Store Manager will ensure the accomplishment of commercial targets (sales volume, main KPIs, profitability and client development), the development of brand awareness and the management and development of their team, creating an environment of retail excellence.

Responsibilities:

Supervising and coordinating all store activities to ensure the smooth execution of operational tasks and the achievement of predetermined objectives, with a particular focus on retail operational standards, customer service, team management, and sales planning, possessing an excellent knowledge of all internal procedures and taking responsibility for their implementation.

Managing the store budget by constantly monitoring sales performance, expenses, and revenues.

Developing and implementing strategies to achieve established goals and analyzing financial results and data to identify improvement opportunities, increase sales, or make necessary corrections to meet set objectives.

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, driving database development, and ensuring that customers are properly registered on the Golden App for effective customer segmentation.

Promoting brand awareness, desirability, and excellence in retail sales.

Effectively managing operational processes and product lifecycles, maintaining accurate inventory records, and placing timely replenishment orders.

Demonstrating a strong understanding of all product categories in the store and actively participating in seasonal purchasing decisions.

Ensuring that Visual Merchandising strategies are faithfully executed within the store, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and procedures.

Hiring, training, and motivating store staff.

Assigning tasks, setting performance goals, and evaluating performance.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years management experience in luxury retail

Entrepreneurial mindset – Problem solver and go-getter

Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Team player
