Role Description The Store Manager role at Sam Hijab – سام حجاب is a full-time, on-site position based in Egypt. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including staff scheduling, task delegation, and ensuring store readiness and visual merchandising standards. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, monitoring key metrics, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The Store Manager ensures a high level of customer service, handles customer inquiries and escalations, and fosters a welcoming and inclusive store environment. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating with loss prevention, training and coaching store team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and handle customer concerns effectively.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers, team members, and management.
  • Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including team leadership, performance supervision, and day-to-day operational oversight.
  • Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention awareness, with the ability to monitor store activities, reduce shrinkage, and enforce security and compliance standards.
  • Candidates should ideally have experience in retail or fashion, particularly in apparel or accessories, and familiarity with point-of-sale and inventory systems.
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, results-driven thinking, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a supervisory or management role.
