We are hiring Store Manager – Good Farmer

What You’ll Be Doing
· Take full operational ownership of the assigned Good Farmer territory.
· Drive store performance, productivity, and profitability
· Analyze FMCG market behavior, consumer trends, and competitive movements.
· Lead store management excellence people, processes, and performance.
· Execute market expansion strategies (new locations, volume growth, visibility)
· Develop and strengthen distribution & territory coverage.
· Ensure high standards of availability, freshness, merchandising & compliance.
· Coach and develop store and field teams to deliver consistent results.
· Collaborate closely with Head Office teams on planning and execution.
What We’re Looking For
· Degree or professional qualification in Management, Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
· 3–6 years of relevant experience in FMCG / retail operations preferred.
· Strong hands-on experience in FMCG operations / modern trade / retail.
· Proven exposure to territory management & market development.
· Solid understanding of consumer buying behavior & FMCG dynamics.
· Excellent store operations & people leadership skills.
· Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently while driving results across multiple locations.
